Our June 20 meeting is a family-friendly meeting. We hope you’ll consider bringing your spouses, significant others, children of all ages, etc. We will have an alternate program (appropriate for all ages) for those individuals not interested in a talk about bee keeping.
This meeting is open to veterinarians and staff (and families). There are a set number of seats in the eating/meeting room at Blandford, so please make sure to RSVP early if you' d like to attend.
Blandford Nature Center’s facility will be open to all for tours, and we will also have an opportunity to meet some of the permanent resident animals.
Drs. Milbrath and Pett from MSU will be presenting on basic bee keeping, how to interact with a bee colony, identification of common bee pests present in Michigan, and methods to treat those common pests.
