About our speaker:

Dr. Paukette graduated from Michigan State University in 1998 and has worked in small animal practice for over 20 years. After a chance encounter with Dr. Marty Becker, the founder of Fear Free, Dr. Paukette was able to remember why she wanted to practice veterinary medicine and got back to caring for the emotional as well as the physical health of pets. Since that initial meeting she has formed a friendship with Dr. Becker and has been placed on the Fear Free Advisory Committee where she has had the opportunity to meet and learn from the many accomplished professionals. She also hold an Elite Fear Free Certification.

Dr. Paukette provides Reactive Wellness Veterinary Care as well as being a resource for other veterinary professionals and clients with highly reactive dogs and cats.

Dr. Paukette formed River City Veterinary Services and is currently working out of two veterinary practices, Northland Animal Hospital and Plainfield Pet Hospital.
