This diabetes story focuses on the kidneys.  After a quick review of the unique characteristics of feline diabetes mellitus and the associated risk factors, the course will introduce a new once-daily oral treatment for diabetic cats.  This meeting will cover safety and effectiveness results from a pivotal study to demonstrate how this medication will dramatically improve life for diabetic cats, their owners and veterinarians.
