Topic: Treat the Pain, Restore the Bond
Pain management is at the core of compassionate veterinary care. This presentation will explore multimodal approaches to treating chronic pain in companion animals, with a focus on enhancing mobility, comfort, and quality of life while preserving the human-animal bond.

Speakers:
Eileen Savier, DVM
Dr. Savier is a small animal practitioner at Keystone Vet Clinic in Stow, Ohio and a 2012 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed acupuncture and herbal medicine training with the Chi Institute in 2014 and has a special interest in evidence-based chronic pain management. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to improve patient comfort and longevity.

Elisabeth Kraus, DVM
Dr. Kraus is a Professional Services Veterinarian with Zoetis and a graduate of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to joining Zoetis in 2003, she worked in small animal practice in Southern Maine. She became a Certified Veterinary Pain Practitioner (CVPP) in 2011, is a graduate of the Veterinary Management Institute at Purdue University, and completed a graduate certificate in Public Health at the University of Florida in 2018.
