In this webinar, Kaylee Benjamin will discuss how cooperative care reduces fear and stress, improves patient compliance, and strengthens trust in the clinical setting. Learn practical strategies for desensitization, counterconditioning, consent-based handling, and implementing cooperative techniques for exams, injections, nail trims, and more.

Kaylee M. Benjamin, LVT, BS, ADT, is an Accredited Dog Trainer and Elite Fear Free Veterinary Professional. She is also a Certified Cat Friendly Veterinary Professional and works with A Pleasant Cat and A Pleasant Dog. Kaylee specializes in cooperative care training, helping veterinary teams and pet owners reduce fear, anxiety, and stress through science-based, reward-focused methods.
